Bait Stations

Bell's tamper-resistant bait stations are rapidly becoming a mainstay in the pest control industry. Bell manufactures its bait stations in various sizes and shapes to meet the baiting requirements of the pest control industry for use indoors or out.

Bell Laboratories' complete line of tamper-resistant bait stations includes:

• Protecta Bait Station - an indoor/outdoor bait station. Its interior baffle design contains two feeding receptacles that feature vertical and horizontal bait securing rods for added security. The entry way also holds tracking powder.

  PROTECTA Bait Stations now come with bait securing rods, to secure Bell's Blox baits (1 oz. and 1 lb.) in the tamper-resistant station. The new metal rods snap easily into place and also help the Blox baits last longer because the rods elevate the bait above any moisture on the bottom of the station.

• Protecta, Jr. - a smaller version of Protecta, specially designed for mice.

• Protecta RTU - a patented triangular-shaped mouse bait station designed to hold Bell's 1-oz. and 20 gram Blox baits. Its patented design features strategically angled entry holes that allow it to fit snug against walls and in corners. The interior baffle layout leads mice directly to the bait inside.

• Protecta LP - a patented triangular bait station for rats. Like Bell RTU, its triangular shape makes it ideal to use indoors along walls or corners. Its patented interior baffle leads rats directly to the bait. Protecta LP holds Bell's 1-lb. Super-Size Bait Blox, and the 1-oz. and 20 gram Blox.

  * - PROTECTA LP comes with a securing rod to hold Bell's Blox baits securely in the station. The new metal rods snap into place to hold the Blox baits (1 oz. or 1 lb.), thereby reducing the chances of bait being removed from the station. Securing rods also help the Blox stay fresher longer by elevating it above any moisture that may have collected on the bottom of the station.

All of Bell's tamper-resistant bait stations are noted for their unique locking devices which keep bait away from children and non target animals.

In manufacturing its bait stations, Bell uses heavy-duty plastic which is inspected prior to use to conform to Bell's specifications. And, to ensure long-lasting use, the station's "living hinge" is flexed several times immediately after the station is molded to set its memory.
