HydroSprayer™ Series
Model 340	HydroSprayer Series proportioners automatically and consistently dilute concentrated products and conveniently apply the resulting solution where needed. Especially effective for sanitizing, disinfecting and deodorizing. HydroSprayers are more hygienic than mops, rags and sponges. HydroSprayers serve in many areas, such as : Food Processing Industry Plants Animal Care/Research Facilities Supermarkets Penal Institutions (shower areas) Health Care and Educational Facilities Service Stations Paving Contractors' Facilities (asphalt release agents) Drum and wall mounted models allow for application of the diluted solution right out of the concentrates shipping container. Hose end models (see reverse) are suited to cleaning large areas.
Saves time, enhances performance, increases safety
HydroSprayers listed below include spray wands with wash/rinse/off selection for better control of chemical application. The wand extends the operator's reach around corners, and under and behind equipment. This feature also saves time that would be spent walking back and forth to the proportioning unit to control the on/off functions. Time is also saved by eliminating manual mixing of concentrates. Finally, spraying an area is faster than wiping it down. Automatic dilution of concentrated products provides more consistent, more accurate dilution than personnel can achieve manually, which is critical when mixing sanitizers and disinfectants. Concentrates mixed to the correct dilution perform as the manufacturer intended. Employee performance is improved since workers are using the right solution for the job: the rework that can occur when solutions are too strong or too weak is eliminated. Safety in the workplace is enhanced when the HydroSprayer is used. Workers aren't exposed to concentrated chemicals, except when replacing an empty concentrate container. No-rinse sanitizers can be applied within tolerance limits required for use without rinsing.

Hose End Sprayers

HydroSprayers that attach to the end of a water hose are available. This allows solution to be economically applied over large areas. On and off are controlled with a trigger spray gun, which also provides rinsing options from a fine mist spray to a powerful jet stream. A durable, easy-to-operate quick coupler connects the sprayer to the trigger spray gun for fast switches from spraying to rinsing.
For a complete cleaning system, hose end sprayers are available in kits which also include a hose end foamer. This combination provides cleaning, rinsing and sanitizing with quick changes between functions. The containers of concentrate are easily portable to the area to be cleaned.
