Time Released Granular Weed Killer, 2% Bromacil, 2% Diuron, Soil Sterilant, Nonselective A granular non-selective herbicide that contains bromacil which goes to work immediately to destroy the plant from the roots up. The active ingredient is manufactured with wetting agents and penetrants and encapsulated in a natural granular carrier. This eliminates the spray drift, and reduces the leaching effect so often encountered with other herbicides. To be used for controlling a wide range of annual and perennial weeds and grasses on such non-cropland areas such as parking lots, right-of-ways, industrial sites, fence rows, around storage facilities, railroad tracks, and other similar areas where vegetation may prove a hazard or a nuisance. Solvent Based, Double Action - Contact and Soil Sterilant, Water Emulsifiable, Concentrated, Non-selective A nonselective concentrated herbicide that can be applied for post-emergent or pre-emergent weed control. For large treatment areas this product is dilutable at the rate of one part product to ten parts oil or water. This product is water emulsifiable and non-corrosive to equipment. When diluted with oil, this product is formulated to be a desiccant when applied to live vegetation. This ability to dehydrate the plant causes a quick top kill within 24 hours. In addition to an effective top kill, the treatment will be absorbed through the roots to give complete root kill. The effect will last up to a full season. This allows for the product to be used for spot treatment as well as for large area coverage. One gallon of concentrate covers 650 to 1,000 square feet. Dilutes 1:10 with water or oil. Solvent Based, Water Emulsifiable Concentrate, 2.30% Bromacil, Top Kill, Soil Sterilant, Nonselective An economical non-selective formulation, dilutable with water 1:9 to give quick top kill and a long lasting residual effect. Even though this product is dilutable with water it will still give very rapid top kill because of a phytotoxic oil used as a carrier. This oil combines the properties of low volatility with rapid penetration and translocation into the plant. A major feature of this product is the insolubility of the herbicide in water after it has dried. This assures full effect regardless of the rainfall after application, or the stage of growth at the time of application. The translocation and root absorption of the product produces extensive root kill of undesirable vegetation, and provides long term residual control.
