The product does not require a sealer and is easy to apply with most types of available applicators. OPTIMAX® HS is designed to provide a durable, high gloss floor with a minimum amount of coats. This high solids formula saves labor by reducing the time needed to apply/reapply. With only 3 or 4 coats, the acrylic thermoplastic polymers in the formula create a beautiful floor without fear of difficulties in application. This easy leveling finish is specially designed for medium to heavy traffic areas with intermediate maintenance schedules. The highly versatile product can be maintained by low or high speed spray buffing and/or burnishing with moderately aggressive pads. Maintainers

OPTIMAX DM is an effective water based emulsion dust mop treatment to attract and hold dust within the fibers during use. For use on all types of mop heads and a variety of surfaces, the special non-oily formula does not leave a residue to create slip hazards and may be used within a few minutes of treating the mop. Versatile, the formula also works well on dust cloths, air filters, mats, and other dust collection media. Economical, treatments last for weeks! This nonflammable and noncombustible product is easier to store and handle than other solvent/oil based systems. In addition, it does not permanently bond to the mop head and is removed quickly and easily during laundering. An economical, easy to use method of removing dust from any surface, this product treats dust mops, cloths and soft bristle push brooms. A light, moist spraying of dust mop treatment enables mops and cloths to attract and hold dust just as a magnet picks up iron filings. Dust and dirt are not just pushed around, but are held in the mop or cloth until a gentle shake releases the particles in the disposal area. Dusting with this product cleans and polishes furniture, plastic, painted and formica surfaces. When replacing filters on heating and air conditioning systems, spray the filters before putting in place. This will reduce the amount of dust which again becomes airborne.

This is a crystal clear dressing to apply to dust mop heads to aid in the removal of dust, dirt, and other abrasive matter from floor surfaces. Mop heads which are treated with this compound act as a "dust magnet" to attract and hold particles until mop is cleaned or laundered. This treatment is non-oily, and leaves a dry, protective, plasticized film on the surface of wood, asphalt, linoleum, vinyl, vinyl composition, rubber, terrazzo, concrete and gymnasium floors. Treatment will not harm waxed or finished surfaces. Floors will appear brighter and more lustrous.

Strippers

This product is a heavy duty, butyl based wax stripper. This product will strip virtually all acrylic floor finishes by penetrating and softening the film for easy removal. This product doubles as an all purpose cleaner, is biodegradable and has no offensive ammonia odor.

As acrylic polymers provide tougher, more durable floor finishes, and the use of special procedures such as spray buffing, burnishing, high-speed buffing, and the mop and shine types of products, there is a need for heavy-duty stripping products to remove stubborn, severe build-ups from resilient floors. Old, oxidized coatings of finish, and repeated layering of waxes and finish tend to hold onto dirt and debris causing dulling and yellowing to floors. To overcome these difficult stripping problems, as well as the problems of incomplete stripping action, the need for multiple stripper applications, and to reduce time consuming and costly labor, this product was formulated to act as an alternative to conventional type ammoniated or solvent based strippers. This product contains heavy-duty emulsifiers, wetting agents for fast penetration, water conditioners to retain its effectiveness in all water conditions, water-miscible solvents, amines, and alkaline cleaning agents. This heavy-duty stripper is for use on stubborn, severe accumulations which are resistant to conventional strippers. The product is pleasantly scented, non-flammable, biodegradable, has rapid re-emulsification activity, and cleans and degreases while it strips. This product provides a clinging action so that it may be used for vertical surface stripping or for use on baseboards. This product may be used to strip waxes and polymer finishes from vinyl, asbestos, linoleum, rubber tile, and on marble and terrazzo.

This heavy duty floor stripper is designed to remove even the most stubborn finishes while saving valuable floor maintenance dollars. Acrylics, acrylic modified urethanes, low speed, high speed, hard or soft finishes, the aggressive formulation provides for labor savings by removing multiple layers in a single application. Most floor strippers leave alkaline residues which must be neutralized with a low to neutral pH rinse to prevent problems with applying floor finish. With the rinse free chemistry in this product, even more savings can be achieved. The alkaline stripping agent of this formula is volatile so the neutralizing rinse step is not required! In addition, the pleasantly scented product is non-ammoniated and therefore easy to work with and around. Versatile and economical, this product may be used with or without a floor machine and pad and has a dilution rate of up to 1:10 with water.

A non-flammable, heavy duty, foaming wax stripper, this product cleans and strips areas where a floor machine cannot reach. The wet foam clings to vertical surfaces, such as baseboards and metal doors and frames, making it quick and easy to clean off months and even years of build-up. The powerful formula rapidly converts waxes and plastic type floor finishes into an easily removed emulsion. Corners come clean in a flash, and X-Wax comes with an inverted valve for convenience. This is the ideal product for solving one of the most difficult cleaning problems.

This heavy duty jelled cleaner and wax stripper is formulated with Monoethanalamine and butyl cellosolve, which help to convert waxes and plastic finishes to an easily removed emulsion. Because of this products thick viscosity, it is able to cling to vertical surfaces such as baseboards, metal doors and frames for longer periods of time, delivering the maximum amount of concentration to given areas. This jelled stripper is nonflammable and has a mint fragrance.

Cleaners

This 100% biodegradable detergent contains a wide range of chemicals for maximum efficiency in attacking all types of dirt and grime on any type of floor. Upon drying, it leaves a protective film for added beauty and slip resistant luster. In addition to use on floors, the detergent is also useful in cleaning walls, woodwork, blinds, porcelain, or any painted or commercially enameled wood or metal surface - and without harm to the hands. The detergent is equally efficient in cold or hot water, and excellent for hard-water areas.

OPTIMAX NC is a high performance, all around neutral pH cleaner for floor care applications. With a dilution rate of up to 1:128 with water, the formula is economical and also works well with dilution control systems. However, this product is not just any neutral cleaner. This special environmentally sensitive product is formulated with no phosphates or butyl solvents. The advanced surfactant technology is biodegradable and excellent for breaking up and dispersing even stubborn grease, dirt, and oil deposits from flooring surfaces either by hand or through automatic scrubbing machines. The pleasant fresh scent makes it easy to work with and around.
